Flat monthly package — from $849 CAD depending on volume and buyer vs buyer+seller. We don’t work pay-as-you-close and we don’t take a cut of your commissions. There is no pay-per-lead option. Your monthly fee includes the ads.

Most customers (default): a 6-month term. A $200 deposit starts setup and is credited toward your first month. Early cancel on this path = $600. Alternate (more flexible): pay a $600 setup and skip the 6-month lock-in. Same lead packages either way.

It kicks off setup (territory check, campaign build, getting leads flowing) and is credited toward your first month. It isn’t a separate product fee on top of the package. Active promo: deposit waived this month if your area is available — call or check availability to confirm.

Leads arrive through the month as they come in. Dashboard and email work out of the box; you can also route via Zapier and supported CRMs (Follow Up Boss, Top Producer, IXACT, and others on Services).

No seller-only package. Seller interest comes through our buyer system via a reverse seller funnel; buyer+seller packages include that mix. We do not provide rental leads.

Each area needs its own package when available — you can’t spread one 20–40 allotment across two metros on a single entry package. Multi-area means additional monthly cost.

Area availability is very limited. We only open a market when we can deliver the guaranteed lead volume. Every lead is exclusive to you — never shared or rotated with another agent. How many agents we place in a market depends on size (a town of about 40,000 usually supports only one). Larger markets can have more than one agent, including in the same coverage area — they still never receive the same lead. Some markets are open, some waitlisted, some we can’t fill at the guaranteed volume yet. Share your city and package and we’ll say if you’re clear, waitlisted, or not a fit yet.

Based on our own client results across our years in business, agents who call new leads within minutes and keep following up over the months that follow typically see conversion in the 2% to 4.5% range. That is not a floor and it is not automatic — it is what consistent calling and follow-up earns, given time. Many internet leads take 6 to 24 months to transact.
